EasyPURL is a business-to-business marketing technology platform. We process personal information for our own website, sales, support, security, and product operations, and we also process customer campaign data on behalf of our customers when they use the EasyPURL platform.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to EasyPURL websites, lead forms, marketing pages, support channels, and related services operated by EasyPURL by Experiture, EasyPURL, Inc., Experiture, Inc., and their affiliated businesses, which we refer to as "EasyPURL", "Experiture", "we", "us", and "our".

This policy covers visitors, prospects, customers, authorized platform users, job applicants, vendors, and people who interact with campaigns or landing pages powered by our services.

2. Our role for customer campaign data

When a customer uses EasyPURL to upload audiences, build campaigns, create personalized URLs, send communications, host landing pages, capture responses, or measure campaign performance, that customer is typically the business, controller, or similar party that decides why and how the personal information is used. EasyPURL acts as a service provider, processor, or vendor that processes that data according to the customer's instructions and our written agreements.

Our customers are responsible for having the notices, permissions, lawful bases, suppression practices, and consent records required for the people they contact or track through the platform. We do not sell customer campaign lists, and we do not use customer campaign data to market unrelated third-party products to those recipients.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand performance, support advertising, and improve the website. Some of these technologies are essential; others are used only according to the choices presented in our consent banner or cookie settings.

You can open Cookie Settings at any time from the footer of our website. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies. If your browser or device sends a legally recognized opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as required by applicable law.

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, advertising pixels, retargeting providers, consent management tools, security tools, and similar services. These partners may process identifiers, device data, cookie data, and activity data for measurement, analytics, and advertising subject to your choices and their own privacy terms.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, analyze, transmit, process, print, deliver, support, or maintain our services.

We do not sell customer campaign lists. We may share website visitor identifiers with advertising and analytics partners in ways that certain privacy laws may define as a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising. You can manage those uses through Cookie Settings, Global Privacy Control where required, or by contacting us.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, comply with customer instructions, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. 10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling activities. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.

If your information is in a campaign run by one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer or process it according to that customer's instructions, because the customer controls the campaign relationship.
